Join the Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga for our June General Membership Meeting featuring Tennessee 811 as our guest speaker.

Our speaker, Mr. Anderson, brings more than 20 years of experience across public safety, education, and damage prevention. His career includes 11 years in law enforcement, where he served as a Special Response Unit team leader, School Resource Officer coordinator, and certified instructor, as well as 16 years in education teaching Criminal Justice and Forensics.

He also has extensive experience in the utility and construction industries, including 12 years in underground utility locating. During that time, he worked as a locator, corporate trainer, project supervisor, and later as a damage claims coordinator overseeing the eastern half of the United States for a major utility locating company.

Mr. Anderson holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Public and Government Service – Criminal Justice from Cleveland State Community College and is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Course.
